Our newly constructed building is located on the main road at Sanepa (between Pulchowk and Kandebtasthan) features eleven single bedroom apartments with all modern amenities as good as in any star rated hotels. You shall be delighted to be with us enjoying our multiple features in an unbelievable price.
KBB offers elegant and comfortable rooms designed to satisfy the needs of the clients. The rooms can be either double or twin sharing. Each room has its own private balcony, private toilet and bath room. Each room is equipped with color television (with cable connection), kitchen with all necessary utensils, refrigerator and 24 hours broad band connection.

With the objective of creating two-bedroom luxury apartments for expatriates' residing in Kathmandu, Nepal, we have created The Red House Apartment.
Red House offers high quality, fully furnished dwellings with a unique interior finish. Each apartment has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with modern appliances. A spacious balcony on the northern side of each apartment provides a view of Kathmandu valley and a panoramic view of the Himalayas.

Kathmandu is a city of ancient temples, palaces and many gods. Once a sanctuary for nature lovers, it was a true Shangrila.
